We're a lean, specialist team based in Singapore. Carpenters, fabricators, print-finishers and install crew under one roof — no white-labelling, no subcontractor roulette. That's how we get consistency on short-notice rebuilds and ballroom-grade finish on conference backdrops.
If a build needs to ship in ten days, we'll tell you before you sign. If it needs three weeks, we won't over-promise. Good event carpentry is honest about what the workshop can do.

How far in advance should I brief EMpro before my event?
Four to six weeks is the sweet spot for a custom booth or stage build — it gives us time to design, approve, fabricate and trial-fit before load-in. We also handle faster turnarounds: short-notice rebrands, modular refreshes and graphics-only swaps can often ship in under two weeks when scope allows.
Which Singapore venues does EMpro install at?

Do you design in-house or only fabricate?
Both. Our design team works off brand guidelines, venue plans and a brief to produce 3D renders and a costed bill of materials — which you approve before any material is cut. If you already have a design from your agency, we can also quote build-only and execute from supplied files.
How much does a custom exhibition booth cost in Singapore?
Pricing depends on floor size, build complexity, finishes and whether the build is one-off or modular for re-use. As a rough range for custom-built booths in Singapore: a 9sqm corner booth starts in the low single digits of thousands; a 100sqm island booth with lightboxes, video walls and custom joinery typically sits in the mid five figures. We scope and price every project before you commit — no hidden line items.
